Securely pack your return items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Download Shipping Label
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized postage location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the progress of your refund or exchange.
